Elite is the plan for an independent artist. Salon members get their features from the salon plan, so none of them needs a plan of her own.

A verified salon, a verified team

We review every salon’s documents before its page goes live, within 48 working hours.

  • Commercial registration

    A valid CR in the salon’s name

  • Balady licence

    The salon’s Balady activity licence

  • The owner’s ID

    Her national ID or iqama with a selfie

Every member also verifies her identity with her ID and a selfie, and her profile shows the “ID verified” badge.

How to join

From sign-up to your first request

  1. Sign up the salon

    Get the app and choose “Salon” when you sign up with your mobile number.

  2. Set up the salon page

    Name, logo, city, district, address and opening hours.

  3. Pick a plan, invite your team

    Salon 5 or Salon 10, then invite members by phone number and discipline.

  4. Verify the salon

    Your CR, Balady licence and your ID with a selfie, reviewed within 48 working hours.

Salon questions

Is there a commission on salon bookings?
No. Commission is 0%. The client pays on the day, and the subscription is the only thing the salon pays.
How many members can I add?
Up to 5 members on Salon 5 and up to 10 on Salon 10. If your team grows, upgrade to Salon 10.
Does a member need her own plan?
No. Members get the salon plan’s features, and none of them needs to subscribe on her own while she is in the salon.
What is the difference between a salon plan and Elite?
Elite is for an independent artist who works on her own. Salon plans are for a team: a shared calendar, requests run by the owner and managers, a salon page, and every Elite feature for each member.
Is there a yearly subscription?
Salon 5 can be monthly or yearly. Salon 10 is monthly for now.
What do I need to verify the salon?
The salon’s CR and Balady licence, and both sides of your national ID or iqama with a selfie you take in the app. Our team reviews them within 48 working hours.
